A Rochester, N.Y., court dismissed charges against seven women who peeled off their shirts in a public park to protest a 50-year-old state law against nudity. The women bared their chests June 21 on a remote lawn in Cobbs Hill Park. Monroe County Dist. Atty. Howard Relin said he would appeal.
