Turbulence on Landing Injures 8 Jet Passengers

ANCHORAGE, Alaska —
A woman suffered a broken leg and seven other passengers received minor injuries when a United Airlines Boeing 727 from Seattle was shaken by severe air turbulence on landing approach at Anchorage, an airline spokesman said Tuesday. The flight from Seattle carried 95 passengers.
