Saudis, Soviets Make Informal Contacts

KUWAIT —
Saudi Arabia and the Soviet Union, which have no diplomatic relations, were reported Wednesday to have established informal contacts in London.
The ambassadors of Riyadh and Moscow have held talks at each others’ residences, the London-based weekly Tadamon said in a report to be published on Saturday.
