Levine Reelected as Whip : Santa Monica
Rep. Mel Levine (D-Santa Monica) has been reelected regional whip for the Southern California Democratic delegation. The regional whip serves as a member of the House leadership. Levine, who was first elected whip in 1984, said he is “honored by (his) colleagues’ confidence in his abilities.”
