A pro-Cuban guerrilla group bombed a U.S. government office and eight other targets in Lima, the Peruvian capital, but no one was injured, newspapers reported. Police would not comment on the attacks. A U.S. Embassy spokesman said that a small bomb exploded near the garage door of the U.S. Information Agency and that an abbreviated name of the Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement--a small guerrilla group with ties to Cuba--was painted on the building. Other targets included the local offices of the international police organization Interpol, the state water company, electronics stores and a private school.
