Incomnet named Robert K. Potter president, succeeding Charan Lohara, who remains chairman and chief executive.

Potter joins the Westlake Village-based company from AT&T;, where most recently he was sales vice president with the company’s AT&T; Communications subsidiary.

Incomnet makes computer hardware and software that allows people to send messages between terminals.
