Laguna Niguel-based Fluorocarbon Co. said it purchased nearly all of NACOM Industries, a small Tustin company, on Tuesday to bolster its own line of rubber and plastic products and to increase its distribution channels.
NACOM recorded sales of about $4 million in each of the last two years and was profitable, Hagan said.
