Carter Hawley was hit with another lawsuit.

It was the second lawsuit in as many weeks filed by a Carter Hawley Hale Stores stockholder claiming that the retailer’s new restructuring slashed potential shareholder profits. Both suits maintain that management beat back a takeover attempt to “entrench” themselves.
