The company, which publishes 33 daily newspapers, 57 other publications and operates seven television and 19 radio stations in 22 states, acquired the Milton, Pa. Standard, a six-day daily newspaper, and the Lewisburg, Pa., weekly Union County Journal. The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.
