Tourism revenue rose 5%, OECD reported.
Revenues in industrialized countries reached $75 billion, the 24-nation Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development said. The United States had the highest returns from tourism--$11 billion--followed by Italy with $8.7 billion; Spain with $8 billion; France, $7.9 billion and Great Britain, $6.9 billion.
