Two Hurt in Explosion at Oil Storage Facility

NEW YORK —
An explosion during the unloading of fuel at an oil storage facility Sunday started a fire that burned two workers and charred five gas trucks. Firefighters gained control of the blaze before it could ignite six huge tanks nearby, authorities said.
Workers reportedly allowed the tank to overflow, and the fumes ignited a fireball.
