Cheating Doctors Arrested

TEHRAN —
Several doctors have been arrested for falsifying medical records or carving mock surgery scars to help young Iranians avoid military service, the Ettelaat newspaper reported Wednesday. It quoted a Komiteh (revolutionary police) official as saying the doctors charged up to $10,000 for their services. Iran has been at war with Iraq for more than six years.
