A man smoking a PCP-laced cigarette walked into the Rampart Division police station and told officers he wanted to go to jail to kick his drug habit, authorities said. Alan Arredondo, 24, walked into the station lobby smoking the hallucinogenic-spiked cigarette and said he wanted to “clean himself up and needed 90 days in custody to do it,” said Lt. Louis Gray. The man was arrested and booked for investigation of possession of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia.
