Health Care Inc. Acquires Care Facility in Ohio

Health Care Property Investors Inc., a Costa Mesa-based real estate investment trust, has purchased a long-term care facility in Delaware, Ohio, for about $3.5 million. Health Care, which has an investment portfolio of 93 health care properties in 26 states, said it made its most recent acquisition from an independent owner and has leased the facility to Arbor Health Care Co. of Lima, Ohio.
