Single-Family Home Project Opens in Rialto

Discovery-Cedar Avenue, a new project by USA Properties in Rialto opens this weekend with its first phase of 45 homes of a total of 71 single-family dwellings.

Located on Cedar Avenue, between San Bernardino and Randall avenues, the development offers a range of floor plans sized from 1,243 to 1,539 square feet with three or four bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths.

Amenities for the homes, ranging in price from $82,900 to $97,900, include front yard landscaping with sprinklers, wood-burning fireplace in the family room and fully equipped kitchens. The roofs are of concrete tile.

Models furnished by Design One of Century City are open at the site from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except on Thursdays.
