Comprehensive Care Ends Share Buy-Back Proposal

Comprehensive Care Corp. said its tender offer for 4 million of its common shares outstanding at $13 per share expired Friday with nearly 4.6 million shares offered. The Irvine-based provider of drug- and alcohol-abuse programs said it accepted 4.03 million shares for payment, which should begin in about 10 days.
