Ex-Guam Official on Trial

AGANA, Guam — The corruption trial of former Gov. Ricardo J. Bordallo opened Monday in U.S. District Court with 81 prospective jurors being interviewed and none seated. Bordallo, 59, is charged with extortion, bribery and wire fraud for allegedly accepting more than $140,000 in payoffs while he was governor.
