Congressional Panel Plans Caribbean Visit

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti — A group of congressmen will visit Haiti on Jan. 20 to assess the effectiveness of President Reagan’s Caribbean Basin Initiative, U.S. Embassy officials said.
