CAPTURING KEILLOR
Garrison Keillor will be getting the unauthorized bio treatment from Minnesota author Michael Fedo and St. Martin’s Press. No pub date’s set, but Fedo--who lives in Anoka, where the whimsical Keillor went to high school--has been researching since July. He told us he’s been a fan of Keillor “for many years and I continue to be a fan,” but will try “to look at the total picture, warts and all. So far, nothing is turning up that is shocking or upsetting.” St. Martin’s considered “Man From Lake Wobegone” as a title, but that will probably be dropped for legal reasons, said Fedo--too close to Keillor’s monster-selling “Lake Wobegone Days.”
