Cocaine with a street value of $35 million was seized at a West Covina residence by sheriff’s deputies who arrested the two occupants, a man and a woman. The arrests of Joe Gutierrez, 27, and Estella Pellemue, 27, in the 1900 block of Valerie Court followed a lengthy investigation, said Deputy Chris Robbins. Both suspects were jailed on suspicion of possession of cocaine and held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
