Wheeltek has repurchased San Diego-based Intermark’s 50% interest in the Fremont, Ind., manufacturer of stylized cast aluminum wheels, Intermark said Monday. Intermark likely will use the $1 million realized on the sale to reduce its debt load or to invest in another company, according to President Charles R. Scott. Intermark owns all or part of 18 companies in 11 different industries.
