Great Western Financial Corp., Beverly Hills, named Carl Geuther executive vice president and chief financial officer and said he will be part of the office of the chairman.
At the same time, Berthill Gustafson was named chief financial officer of the company’s principal unit, Great Western Savings. He will remain senior vice president and controller of the parent firm, reporting to Geuther.
In addition, Roberta Yassin and John Lindsey were named senior vice presidents of the savings institution.
