Arms Talks
We could save a lot of money if we ordered our arms-control negotiators home from Geneva. I am sure the Soviets will just play for time until a new President comes in 1989, hoping to find a patsy. What they couldn’t get from a strong, brainy President, they’ll try to get from a weak one.
