Completion Nears for La Mirada Center Phase 2

Construction of Phase 2 of the $50-million Corporate Center-La Mirada, to be completed in late March, encompasses three two-story office/industrial buildings totaling 272,800 square feet.
The development, a joint venture of the Hayes Co., Costa Mesa, and the Neff Investment Group of Santa Monica, is on Alondra Boulevard at Trojan Way, La Mirada.
Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent.
