Frasco Leads Management Institute Unit

James A. Frasco, president of Frasco Associates Inc. of Los Angeles is the new president of the Greater Los Angeles chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He succeeds Mark T. Dolan.

Sondra Muggee is the new president-elect; David J. Garber is vice president and secretary/treasurer; James Ewing is vice president in charge of membership; Kamia Lee is vice president of education; Robert Green is vice president of legislation, and Daniel Dart is vice president of public relations.

New executive councilors are Roger Alexander, Nancy Bowling, Mark Dolan, Clive Graham, Rosemary Loven, Betty Maxwell, William Wiederkehr and Mike Wyant.
