A $490,000 Marc Chagall watercolor was stolen from the display window of a Scottsdale, Ariz., art gallery, police said Saturday. A thief or thieves apparently broke a rear window of the Masters Gallery of Scottsdale Ltd., shortly before midnight Friday, went through the gallery and plucked Chagall’s 1949 “Oiseau et Bouquet” from the front window, said a police spokesman.
