Banacom Activates Plan to Franchise Sign Centers

Banacom Manufacturing & Marketing Inc., a privately held supplier of computer-produced signs, said it has launched a previously announced plan to franchise its 250 Instant Sign Centers around the world.

The franchise operations, to be known as Banacom Instant Signs, will be linked to the company’s database of computer graphics in Irvine. The company did not release the selling price of each franchise but said recently that the cost of the basic equipment alone is about $50,000.
