A 10-year-old Chico boy has turned his father in for drug possession. Police Lt. Bill Bragdon said the boy took a container of a controlled substance with him to school and said it belonged to his father. School officials called in police who confirmed the substance was a drug and then arrested Donald Lee Bogart, 32, of Chico, for felony possession of a controlled substance. Bogart posted bail but was ordered to return to Butte County Superior Court in Oroville today to answer charges. His son was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services.
