‘Mom-to-Be Wins in Court’

When is it going to stop? When will people start taking responsibility for their actions? When will the courts throw out such ludicrous claims? I am speaking of the pregnant woman who got her ticket for riding in the car-pool lane dismissed. Her claim that an unborn fetus be counted as an extra passenger is outrageous and is in total disregard for the intent of car-pool lanes. Judge Wilkinson should be asked to publicly explain his reasoning. I can only hope the California Highway Patrol appeals this case.
