Junior forward Jesse Nash scored a career-high 21 points and junior guard Anthony Taylor had 15 of his 19 points in the second half as Oregon beat Arizona State, 70-62, in a Pacific 10 Conference basketball game Saturday.

The victory was the Ducks’ first in Tempe since 1978. It was also the first conference road win this season in seven games for Oregon, which is 13-9 overall and 7-6 in Pac-10 play.

Arizona State (6-14, 2-10) lost its fourth straight and 10th in the last 13 games, despite a game-high 22 points from guard Steve Beck, who had four three-point goals.
