U.S.-Soviet Fitness Program

WASHINGTON —
The United States and the Soviet Union signed an agreement today to participate in a youth physical fitness program that both sides hope will promote international understanding. The agreement calls for thousands of youngsters in the United States, ages 6 to 17, to take a Soviet physical fitness test and Soviet youth to participate in a test used for the Presidential Physical Fitness Award.
