Shooting Linked to Sexual Incident; Officer Punished

SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah state trooper has been suspended and his dismissal was recommended for firing 13 shots at a woman who took off in his squad car after rejecting his alleged sexual advances, Highway Patrol officials said Monday. Neither the woman nor the vehicle was hit.
