Rockwell International set higher dividends.

Rockwell increased its cash dividend and declared a stock dividend that will double the number of its outstanding shares. The quarterly cash dividend, payable to shareholders of record on Feb 23, was increased to 33 cents from 30 cents. The stock dividend will be distributed April 13 to shareholders of record on Feb. 23.
