Mobile Home Hearing Set: A public hearing is scheduled Feb. 23 on possible amendments to mobile home park regulations, including subdividing park property to allow the sale of lots to those who use mobile home parks. An estimated 12% of Westminster’s residents live in 18 mobile home parks. The hearing will be at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 8200 Westminster Blvd.
