Mexican Road Blocked

TEPIC, Mexico —
Dozens of small farmers blocked a highway leading to Guadalajara, the country’s second-largest city, to try to pressure the government to raise corn prices, officials said Friday. The farmers complain that the government corn price of $100 a ton is insufficient to meet production costs.
