Rio Hondo College Gets $24,290 Study Grant
WHITTIER —
Rio Hondo Community College is one of five community colleges in the nation that will receive a national study grant. The college will receive $24,290 to research the causes of student drop-out, as well as to examine possible solutions to the problem.
The award is part of the Community College Awards for Institutional Self-Study Program; funding for this project is provided by the Metropolitan Life Foundation.
