Shame on the Times.
The photo that accompanied the story on the commuter lane (Feb. 8) did not show the occupants of the car wearing shoulder belts. It’s not only the law in California, but given the safety implications of the commuter lanes, it is also in everyone’s best interest to reinforce the idea of wearing belts.
