King of Swaziland Dissolves Parliament

MBABANE, Swaziland —
King Mswati III has dissolved this country’s Parliament, fueling speculation that a general election may be held soon.
The action by the teen-age king, who came to power in this tiny southern African kingdom last April, was announced in an official government gazette last week and took effect immediately.
