Lucky agreed to sell its Yellow Front Stores unit.

The $50-million sale is part of Dublin, Calif.-based Lucky Stores' ongoing restructuring. The buyer is a corporation owned by Kenmare, a private company controlled by Daniel J. Sullivan, a New York investor who also has interests in manufacturing, engineering and construction. Headquartered in Phoenix, the Yellow Front Stores unit operates 104 general merchandise stores in Arizona and seven other states in the Rocky Mountain area.
