William James Nicol, vice-chairman and secretary-treasurer of Irvine-based Comprehensive Care Corp., has been named to the new position of president and chief executive officer at RehabCare Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary, specializing in rehabilitation care programs. Nicol, a 13-year veteran of the company, was named vice-chairman and board member in Feb. 1985.
