Pasadena : College Chief Hunt Narrows
Five finalists were chosen this week from 88 candidates for the presidency of Pasadena City College.
The college’s 19-member search advisory committee made its recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
Marion S. Murphy, dean of personnel services and coordinator of the search, said names of the finalists will not be released at this time.
The board is due to choose the new president by March 26. President John Casey plans to retire on July 1 because of a back injury he suffered in an automobile accident.
