About 1,700 of the 6,000 employees at the McDonnell Douglas plant in Huntington Beach staged a one-day walkout last week in protest over negotiations for improved pay and benefits.
There were no incidents or demonstrations at the plant at 5301 Bolsa Chica St., and the plant remained open.
The walkout was staged by members of the International Assn. of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
