Construction to Start in March on San Diego Inn

Construction will begin in March on the $2.5-million Downtown Inn, a 106-unit hotel at 660 7th St., San Diego. The project, which will house lower-income families, was designed by San Diego-based Salerno/Livingston & Partners. La Jolla-based Downtown Inns of America is the owner and builder.
