Ice Dumped at Belgian Office in Ecology Protest

BRUSSELS —
The Greenpeace environmental group today dumped five tons of ice and snow at the Foreign Ministry’s doorstep to urge Belgium to work toward halting the deterioration of the ecology of the Antarctic region.
Greenpeace is campaigning to create a Worldpark Antarctica to stop overfishing in the region and growing exploration by oil companies.
