Commodore will unveil an IBM-compatible Amiga.

The computer maker, which has been staging a recovery from a series of losses, said the version of the Amiga series personal computer is aimed at corporate customers. It would be Commodore’s first PC built to run on both proprietary Amiga software and MS-DOS software, the industry standard used by IBM. The Amiga 2000, priced at about $1,500, is set for a March 4 debut at the Hanover Fair in West Germany, and will be available in Europe by the end of March and in the United States by early summer.
