CMS Enhancements Inc. Completes Redemption

CMS Enhancements Inc., a Costa Mesa maker of components for personal computers, said it has completed the redemption of 2.5 million Series A Warrants for an equal number of shares of common stock.

The company said 1.45 million of the 2.5 million warrants were exercised by individual holders while the remaining 1.05 million were sold on behalf of CMS by McKewon & Timmins of San Diego. The company grossed $2.5 million in the transaction.
