Here’s one way to eliminate the dealing in drugs.

Just give the Federal Reserve $100-note a picture in color and on the back side, color the value of the note so the new note is quickly recognized.

The Treasury Department could set a definite date that all paper money must be exchanged for the new money. After the date for exchange, all old bills become worthless.

The banks and other sources of deposit would put a tighter report on any exchange of deposits of $10,000 or more for the source of the deposit.

This is just a thumbnail suggestion, but can one imagine how much money would be saved? It probably would save enough to pay off the national debt.
