Frank H. Romanelli and Charles E. Stewart have been elected corporate vice presidents of Occidental Petroleum Corp., Los Angeles. Both are officers of its Occidental Chemical Corp. subsidiary, Romanelli as executive vice president-operations and Stewart as executive vice president-electrochemicals, detergent and specialty products group.
