3 Leases Signed for Security Pacific Plaza

Three leases for 50,500 square feet, totaling more than $18 million, have been signed for the 1.4-million-square-foot Security Pacific Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. Tishman West Management Corp. represented the building’s owner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., in the negotiations.
