Lightner Seated as Baldy View BIA President

George Lightner, Lightner Development Co., Upland, has been installed as president of the Baldy View Region of the Building Industry Assn.

The group also presented the Builder of the Year award to Joe Watson, Watson Pacific Corp.; Subcontractor of the Year award to David Huff, High Valley Roofing, and Past Presidents award to Jimmy Crowell, C/L Builders Developers.

Other officers are Joe Watson, vice president, governmental affairs; Paul Freedman, Freedman Homes, vice president membership; Dennis Douglas, Safeco Title Insurance Co., vice president associate members; Bruce Strickland, Vanguard Homes, vice president, programs, and Joe DiIorio , Caryn Co., secretary/treasurer.
